Dubai Hills Estate is one of Dubai’s most impressive new community developments situated between the two major thoroughfares; Al Khail and Mohammed Bin Zayed Roads. InSite, working with a number of prestigious international designers, was instrumental in the landscape design of all aspects of the development. As lead design consultants for the 180,000m2 district park, InSite with Emaar Properties established a new and successful alternative to golf course living. Dubai Hills Park is designed to offer the perfect family experience, with plenty of open green spaces, play areas, walking trails, and outdoor recreational facilities. The park forms part of the beautiful views to the apartment complexes in the center of Dubai Hills Estate. It also is easily accessible from all of the major neighbourhoods.

InSite, working with SWA/Balsley developed the Dubai Hills Estate Boulevards which links all aspects of the development, including pedestrian and cycle paths, as part of a well-considered public realm. InSite also led in the development of the residential communities including streetscapes and public open spaces. Their designs reflect the character of the development and also consider the public utility challenges such as the stormwater requirements. InSite provided installation supervision services.
